1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the PebblePals Design website and purchasing our printable digital art, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and creators.
2. Intellectual Property & License to Use
All artwork—including our Scandinavian, Modern Ukiyo-e, and Naive Folk Art collections—is the intellectual property of PebblePals Design.
- Personal Use Only: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to print the artwork for personal use.
- Prohibited Uses: You may not resell, share, or redistribute the digital files. You are strictly prohibited from using our art for commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling physical prints or uploading the files to "Print-on-Demand" (POD) platforms for sale.
3. Digital Delivery
Our products are delivered as instant digital downloads. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to high-resolution files. We are not responsible for technical issues arising from your internet service provider or local device compatibility, though we will provide support to the best of our ability.
4. Accuracy of Art & Color
We strive to display the colors and textures of our art accurately. However, since every monitor and printer is calibrated differently, we cannot guarantee that the physical print will be a 100% color-match to your screen.
5. Limitation of Liability
PebblePals Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital products.
