Welcome to our FAQ page. Think of this as your guide to transforming digital pixels into tangible beauty. 

1. Delivery & Access

How will I receive my artwork? Immediately after your purchase is confirmed, a download link will appear on the "Thank You" page. You will also receive an automated email containing a link to your files. 

I haven't received my download email. What should I do? Sometimes technology drifts off course! First, please check your Spam or Promotions folders. If it’s still missing, don’t worry—simply reach out to us with your order number, and we will manually resend the links to you as soon as possible.

I accidentally deleted my files. Can I download them again? Of course. Your links do not expire. You can revisit your original download email or log into your account at any time to retrieve your art.

2. Technical Specifications

What file formats and quality should I expect? Quality is our obsession. Every piece of art is provided as a high-resolution (300 DPI) JPEG file in the sRGB color space. This ensures that your prints are sharp, vibrant, and professional, even at large scales.

What sizes are included in my download? To ensure a perfect fit for any frame, each artwork comes in 5 distinct Aspect Ratio files:

  • 2:3 Ratio: For sizes like 4x6", 12x18", 24x36".
  • 3:4 Ratio: For sizes like 6x8", 12x16", 18x24".
  • 4:5 Ratio: For sizes like 8x10", 16x20", 40x50cm.
  • ISO (International Standard): For A5, A4, A3, A2, A1.
  • 11:14 Ratio: For the classic 11x14" frame size.

3. Printing & Materials

Where is the best place to print my digital art? You have three wonderful paths:

  1. Home Printing: Ideal for smaller sizes and instant gratification.
  2. Local Print Shops: Visit a pro-lab or a local shop like FedEx Office or Staples for heavy-duty paper options.
  3. Online Services: Platforms like Mpix, Printful, or Shutterfly can print and even frame the art for you, delivering it straight to your doorstep.

Why does the color on my screen look slightly different from the print? Every screen is a source of light, while paper is a surface of reflection. Due to differences in monitor calibration and printer ink types, slight color variations are natural. For the best results, we recommend using the paper types suggested in our [Printing Guide].

4. Policies & Usage

Do you offer refunds or exchanges? Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the files have been accessed. However, your happiness is our priority. If you encounter any technical issues with your files, we will work with you until you are 100% satisfied with the result.

Can I use this art for my business or reselling? All artwork from PebblePals Design is for Personal Use Only. You are encouraged to print them for your home, your office, or as a thoughtful gift for a loved one. However, the commercial redistribution, reselling, or sharing of the digital files is strictly prohibited.
