At PebblePals Design, we offer printable digital art that is delivered to you instantly via download. Because these are digital files and cannot be physically "returned," all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and forfeit the right to a refund once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

- Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same artwork twice, please reach out to our support team within 24 hours with your order numbers, and we will resolve the issue.
